'Tis the season to do good, but especially on Tuesday.
Most people know about Black Friday and Cyber Monday… now we celebrate Giving Tuesday, November 28, 2017.
It is a global movement for giving and volunteering, taking place each year after Black Friday. The “Opening day of the giving season,” it’s a time when charities, companies and individuals join together and rally for favorite causes. In the same way that retailers take part in Black Friday, the giving community comes together for Giving Tuesday.
The Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree seeks to raise awareness of the importance of music in children’s lives and allow as many children as possible to attend an Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree Performance!
The Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree is a live entertainment charity event. Every year the Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree Foundation donates all net proceeds to local charities, organizations, and children in need through gifts, food, and music education.
The primary purpose of the Foundation is to help local charities and to showcase local talent, while bringing a Christmas spectacular to Edmontonians and visitors every year.
The shows take place at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium December 14–17. The stage is filled with a giant 35-foot Christmas tree with 150 performers. It is the perfect opportunity to bring out the entire family for entertainment and a great cause. It’s a dazzling spectacle, brimming with the joy and spirit of the holidays. Tickets make a wonderful gift that supports a charitable cause.
Thank you for your support to help advance music education for today's children.
